We are the first consulting group offering operational support, sales and marketing, brand Management, digital analysis and content creation, revenue management, and financial analysis for the hospitality industry specializing in boutique and lifestyle hotels.

Ligy Alarcon brings over 18 years of hospitality experience. Her first “official” job in the hospitality industry was on the hotel client side working as a product manager for Tourico Holidays, an international wholesaler. Within one year, she signed the first $1 million dollar pre-buy for both IHG  and Tourico Holidays, at the Intercontinental Miami. She became extremely knowledgeable with the international market bringing the company to the next level of generated revenues. 


Her successes led her to do business with the most influential leaders, leading her straight into management as the  business transient sales manager for one of the most iconic hotels in the world, W South Beach. Ligy surpassed any and all revenue goals given to her during pre-opening phase. Her six year tenure led her to break company records as the number one seller worldwide, formerly known as Starwood Hotels and Resorts. 


With everything that she had accomplished, it led her to the next career move with the Thompson Miami Beach, now known as The Confidante. She later went on opening two international properties for Two Roads Hospitality, Thompson Playa del Carmen, and Thompson Beach House.


Her passion, wealth of knowledge in luxury leisure, entertainment, business transient, international sales and sense of leadership and business development attracted recruitment from Kimpton. She was asked to open and lead the remodel and pre-opening of Kimpton Angler's Hotel South Beach. Building a loyal team, innovating all things sales and marketing, “having an eye of an eagle” for creative content, and being an active and supportive executive committee member led the hotel through a $61 million dollar expansion, revamp and complete relaunch.


Her proudest accomplishment of all, being a mother to her daughters Storm and Vibez.
